General supplementation: 50 -100mg daily. Balance with a similar amount of its B-complex companions.

Diabetes: follow label directions.
Alcoholism: 200mg 3 times daily.
Anxiety disorder: 50mg 3 times daily, with meals, in addition to a vitamin B complex.
Carpal tunnel syndrome: 50mg 3 times daily in addition to a vitamin B complex.
Circulatory problems: 50mg daily in addition to a vitamin B complex.
Diarrhea: 200mg daily for 2 weeks in addition to a vitamin B complex.
High cholesterol: 300mg daily in addition to a vitamin B complex.
Hyperthyroidism: 50mg twice daily in addition to a vitamin B complex.
Hypoglycemia: 100mg daily in addition to a vitamin B complex.
Indigestion: 50mg 3 times daily in addition to a vitamin B complex.
Muscle cramps: 50mg 3 times daily with meals in addition to a vitamin B complex.

If you take any of the B vitamins individually, you should also take a B-complex supplement at a different time of day.
