Carpal tunnel syndrome: 50 ­ 75mg twice daily until symptoms improve. This can take from thirty to ninety days. Then gradually lower the dose, by approx. 25mg a week, to the lowest amount that maintains control.
Depression: 50mg twice a day for two weeks, between meals. Then take 50mg once daily for three weeks, between meals.
Endometriosis: 25mg three times daily, between meals, in addition to a vitamin B complex.
Hay fever: 100mg twice daily, between meals.
Kidney disease: 50mg twice daily, between meals.
Meniere's disease: 50mg twice daily in addition to a vitamin B complex.
Menstrual problems: 50mg twice daily between meals.
Nail problems: 50mg daily for three to six months.
Parkinson's disease: 50mg three times daily, between meals.
PMS: 50 - 100mg daily in addition to a vitamin B complex.
Prostate disorders: 50 - 100mg daily, between meals.
Tuberculosis: 50 - 100mg daily throughout the course of treatment with isoniazid.
If you take any of the B vitamins individually, you should also take a B-complex supplement at a different time of day.
