Blue vervain may have pain reliving and anti-inflammatory properties which can relieve respiratory inflammation.

It is used to restore circulation, ease menstrual symptoms, epilepsy, indigestion and dyspepsia.

  • Can be helpful as part of a liver cleanse when there is inflammation and jaundice.
  • It is a quieting herb that helps calm coughing and is a natural tranquilizer.
  • Mild laxative.
  • Causes perspiration.
  • Can induce relaxation.
