Evening Primrose stimulates the liver, spleen and digestive system. It reduces alimentary toxins that result from a faulty diet and adversely affect the central nervous system.

It slows down the speed at which cholesterol is made in the body and had been found effective in lowering cholesterol levels.

Evening primrose inhibits the formation of clots and lowers the blood pressure in individuals with mild to moderate hypertension.

This fatty acid is known to help prevent heart disease, premenstrual syndrome, and multiple sclerosis. It relives pain and inflammation; enhances the release of sex hormones, including estrogen and testosterone.
