Suggested Usage:
To activate your metabolism
(and for weight loss purposes) take 3 heaping teaspoons before each meal
and 4 heaping teaspoons before your last daily meal. 12 heaping teaspoons
per day is suggested to balance the amount of your amino-acids.
Build-up & performance improvement
Take up to 20 heaping teaspoons daily before meals if you have increased
physical or mental stress during sports, work, school or pregnancy.
Nutritional supplementation
Take 2 or 3 heaping teaspoons between meals to remain healthy, physically
and mentally fit, to prevent high or low cholesterol levels, do detoxify
and to prevent nutritional deviancies due to treated meats and pesticides
in grains and vegetables. 12 heaping teaspoons per day is suggested to
balance the amount of your amino-acids.
After the diet, consume the following in moderation:
Coffee, alcohol, tobacco, meat, sausage, fish, eggs, reheated food, bleached
flours, industrial sugars and sweets of any kind, Obesity increases your
risk of tumors.
You need:
Lots of liquids, fruits and vegetables (preferably organic), beets, blueberry
juice, black currant juice, whole grain breads, yogurt products. Fill
your protein requirements with at least 12 heaping teaspoons of Almased
daily (or more if needed).
